A full day at the Mohammed VI Tower, across four spaces: the Main Hall for the plenary, two Masterclass rooms and an exhibition space of 20 stands. The exhibition itself stays open from the welcome coffee to the cocktail.

Main Hall. Official opening, address by the President, address by the Minister, institutional addresses, then the keynotes and the first round table. This is the moment of strongest media and institutional visibility.
Welcome & participant registration
Badge collection and welcome coffee. The 20 stands of the exhibition space open at the same moment.

Parallel sessions
The afternoon runs across three rooms.
From 14:30, the Main Hall continues with the second round table then the closing keynote, while the two Masterclass rooms each host a certifying workshop of 2h45, 48 seats across the day. The workshops are open to every profile looking for operational content, students and young professionals first among them.

Exhibition space
Twenty stands, open all day long.
The exhibition space opens with participant registration and only closes at the cocktail. Every break, the lunch and the closing bring participants back towards the stands: exhibitors are in the traffic from morning to evening.
The stands stay open from 08:00 to 19:00, breaks and lunch included. To find out which spaces are still available, write to us and we will send you the layout plan of the exhibition space.
