The day uses four spaces at the Mohammed VI Tower: a Main Hall for the plenary, two Masterclass rooms and an exhibition space of 20 stands. Of the four, the exhibition is the only one that stays occupied from one end of the programme to the other.
The stands open as participants arrive, at 08:00, and stay open continuously through to the closing cocktail. At 10:05 the inaugural visit takes the officials down the aisles, right after the official photo and the ribbon cutting.
The networking lunch is held within the exhibition space, or immediately beside it, so that footfall passes the stands when the audience is most available.
Three of the four partnership tiers include a stand: Platinum, Gold and Silver. The fourth, Bronze, is a digital presence, with no physical space. A custom stand can also be ordered à la carte, outside the tiers.
The sizes
Four, six or nine square metres.
A stand's size follows from the partnership tier chosen. Platinum opens the largest format, in the VIP zone; Gold occupies the premium zone and Silver the discovery format. Outside the tiers, a custom 6 m² stand remains available à la carte.

Institutional and plenary time. The whole audience is gathered in the Main Hall, at the moment of strongest media and institutional visibility. The stands stay open continuously to capture the flow of participants from their arrival and through the breaks.

Welcome and registration of participants, badge collection, welcome coffee. The exhibition space opens at the same moment as the day itself.
