The Student Pass gives access to the plenary conferences, the round tables and the exhibition space, with a personalised badge. It is issued on presentation of a student card or a letter from the institution, within the limit of available seats.
Being free does not remove the need to register: registration sizes the welcome desk, the badges and the catering.
These are the same plenary conferences and the same round tables as the paying passes, in the Main Hall, and the same 20 stands in free access. A student holding the pass follows the talks alongside the engineers, architects, developers and institutional leaders who came to attend it.
The event counts on that presence. Bringing the sector's decision-makers and tomorrow's talent together in one place opens a rare space where industry meets academia, and it is one of the arguments BIM DAY .MA puts to its partners.
What the pass opens
What is included, and what is not.
The 20 exhibition stands
A personalised badge
The pass stops there. The networking lunch, the private networking space of the VIP area, the reserved seats in the front rows of the Main Hall, the closing cocktail and the participant directory belong to the paying passes. The welcome is standard, as it is for a Standard Pass: the priority welcome, express badge and no queue, is a VIP Pass privilege.
One thing remains open as a supplement: the certifying Masterclass option. It gives access to one of the two afternoon workshops, chosen at registration, and to the certificate of attendance handed out at the end of the session. It is taken separately, at the same time as the pass.
Within the limit of available seats.

The rate of the Masterclass option for Student Pass holders is not settled yet. The two workshops each hold 24 seats per group, 48 in total, and a group's ticketing closes as soon as its seats are taken.
The schools
Why the schools count in this edition.
The future of our industry will be built collectively, by engineers, architects, researchers, students and public decision-makers alike.
Abdelhamid ZAIM · President, BIM DAY .MA
The ambition the President gives this first edition is to make BIM, CIM, TIM and AI-driven workflows a shared language across the entire architecture and construction value chain in Morocco: from the schools shaping tomorrow's talent, to the companies building today, to the institutions defining the sector's public policy.
Schools hold the first link in that chain. That is the reason the day brings executives, decision-makers, researchers and students together in the same programme, at the Mohammed VI Tower.
The day is presented around three moments: exploring the technologies reshaping architecture and engineering, from advanced BIM to digital twins, meeting the engineers, architects, developers, institutional leaders and international experts who came to share the same ambition, then looking ahead at an industry in full transformation, alongside the schools, the students and the researchers who will build that future.
It is also what BIM DAY .MA puts forward to its partners: an audience where industry professionals and future BIM talent cross paths, alongside the schools and students who will shape the next generation of the sector.

Registering
How to request the pass.
The proof
Student card or a letter from the institution
The Student Pass is issued on proof of status. A student card works, a letter from the institution works too. The pass is meant for students and for schools alike, for the same day and the same access.
Registration
Required, even when free
Being free exempts nobody from registering. It sizes the welcome desk, the badges and the catering for the day. With the proof of status, it is the only step asked of a student.
The seats
One capacity, and a second for the masterclass
The pass is issued within the limit of available seats. The Masterclass option follows a capacity of its own, independent of the pass: 24 seats per group, 48 in total, across the two afternoon workshops.
Online booking is open: the Student Pass is booked on the Passes page. Ticket.ma then e-mails the ticket with its QR code. Keep your proof of status for the welcome desk.
