Programme

Two certifying masterclasses, 24 seats each.

On the afternoon of 11 November, two certifying workshops run in parallel, one room each, in a continuous 2h45 slot.

Slot
14:30 – 17:15
Seats
24 per group, 48 in total
Format
Certifying, named certificate

The format

One slot, two rooms.

The two masterclasses occupy the same slot, 14:30 – 17:15, in two separate rooms. Each participant can therefore attend only one of them: the choice is made at registration and confirmed when the option is purchased.

Both workshops are hands-on. Participants work on a case study in sub-groups, present their work back at the end of the session and receive a named certificate.

Capacity is deliberately restricted: 24 participants per group, 48 seats across the day. That format allows individual guidance on the practical cases, with dedicated expert supervision over a long, immersive 2h45.

Masterclass 1 · 14:30 – 17:15

Analysis of BIM tender documents

A hands-on case study on a real project: collaborative analysis of the model and the digital tender file, scenarios worked through in sub-groups, then the debrief and the best practices.

  • Led by Abdelhamid ZAIM
  • Laptop + free BIM viewer
  • Model and digital tender file sent before the session

Masterclass 2 · 14:30 – 17:15

AI workflow in architectural design

From concept to 3D render and generative video: a live demonstration, then each participant builds their own render from the brief, with the creations shared and the limits of generative AI discussed.

  • Led by Rafik ZIBOUCHE
  • Laptop + accounts created beforehand
  • A design brief provided as the starting point

Certification

A named certificate

Handed to each participant at the end of the session, it certifies full attendance of the workshop.

  • Immersive 2h45 format
  • 24 seats per group, 48 in total
  • One masterclass of the two, stated at registration

Step by step

How the two workshops run.

The same structure on both sides: an introduction, a case study set out, two workshop blocks separated by the break shared with the plenary, then the debrief and the handing over of the certificates.

Attending

An option, added to your pass.

The pass, Standard or VIP, remains the broad entry point to the event: plenary conferences, round tables, keynotes and the exhibition space. The masterclass is added to it as a paid option, by prior registration and with limited seats.

Online registration will work in two steps: the pass first, then the “Certifying masterclass” option, with the choice of group and payment of the supplement. A Standard Pass with the option comes to 2,700 MAD, a VIP Pass to 3,100 MAD.
